Enable automatic email forwarding for Microsoft 365

This feature will only allow auto-forward to internal company email accounts (not to external or personal accounts).

  1. Log into your Microsoft 365 account at

  2. In the upper-right corner, click Settings () then View All Outlook Settings.

  3. Select Forwarding from the list.

  4. Check the box beside Enable forwarding and enter the email address to forward to.

  5. Optional: You may check the box beside Keep a copy of forwarded messages.

  6. Click Save.

Note: To disable email forwarding, repeat steps 1-3, uncheck Enable forwarding, then click Save.
