Outlook for iOS/Android (mobile) - Set up email signatures
iPhone:
1. Open the Outlook app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the icon at the top left corner of the screen that looks like a human figure.
3. Tap on the cog wheel at the bottom left corner of the screen to open the 'Settings' menu.
4. Scroll down until you see the 'Mail' section. Tap on 'Signature'.
5. A text box will appear. Here, you can type in your desired email signature.
6. Once you have entered your desired signature, tap on the back button at the top left corner of the screen. Your signature will be automatically saved.
Android:
1. Open the Outlook app on your Android device.
2. Tap on the three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the sidebar that appears and tap on the cog wheel to open the 'Settings' menu.
4. Scroll down until you see the 'Mail' section. Tap on 'Signature'.
5. A text box will appear. Here, you can type in your desired email signature.
6. Once you have entered your desired signature, tap on the check mark at the top right corner of the screen. Your signature will be automatically saved.
In both cases, make sure your signature is professional and contains all the necessary information, such as your name, title, contact information, and any relevant links.
Also, remember that your signature will be attached to every email you send from the Outlook app, so ensure it's appropriate for all contexts.
