Reset password for Remote Desktop Access

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://user.itsupport247.net
   
   
2. Click on the Log in with Single Sign-On button.
   
   
3. On the login screen, click the Forgot password link.
   
   
4. Enter your work email address and a message will be sent to you with the reset link and instructions.
